The check-in process was frustrating due to an unfriendly staff member. The room was not quiet, despite requesting a quiet space, because of noise from the neighboring room. I also found the dining options disappointing and too limited for a hotel of this caliber.

Had a wonderful stay! The Italian dining was superb, especially the flavorful Ribollita Toscana. Also loved the beachfront and the consistent pool maintenance. Would definitely return!

Our family had an amazing time. The kids loved the adventure zone and feeding fish on the beach. We enjoyed a delightful dinner at Tea Of Spring, with the staff making our dining experience memorable. Don’t miss the marine sanctuary tour for a unique aquatic experience.
